South East Melbourne

Fusion South East Melbourne is Victoria’s longest running Fusion Centre.  We work in the local government regions of Monash, Kingston, Glen Eira and Bayside. 

Our main focuses include Lunchtimes with a Difference programs in South Oakleigh, Wellington and Monash Secondary Colleagues, Breakouts, Oakleigh Youth and Community Centre, Open Crowd Festivals and Fusion Youth Housing and Support which includes a 8 bed crisis refuge and Housing Support Worker.

BT's Cafe - is a Brekkie Club run at Monash Uni on Tuesdays in the welcome centre 9:30-10:30am. Open to all students and faculty, come along for free breakfast and a chance to connect with others.

We run monthly Community Teas on the 2^nd Tuesday of the month which provide our team and those interested in our work to come together and have fun over a meal.

We also have two Fusion Housing programs in South East Melbourne - South East Melbourne Housing Support Service and Moorabbin Crisis Accommodation Refuge. For referrals to our housing services please call MSHEP on 9556 5700.
